Oscar Uranga, PMP
As Principal and Director of Development Services, Oscar brings over 23 years of diverse Real Estate Development and Construction experience to IMG and our clients.
Oscar comes from a Real Estate family; his mother was a professional Architect and his father a Real Estate agent. He grew up working on the family’s investment properties.
After earning his BA from CSUF, he specialized in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), including programming and web-development, for several Environmental, Transit, and Entitlement / Planning consulting firms. He later earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification through the University of California Irvine (UCI) and has worked as a Project and Development Manager for The Athens Group in Laguna Beach, and Shopoff Realty Investments out of Irvine.
With extensive experience in land acquisition / transactions, underwriting, capital markets, due diligence, planning, entitlement processing and construction management, he brings great value to his clients throughout the whole life cycle. Oscar has managed numerous development projects throughout their entire life cycle, from acquisition through construction and disposition. Clients love working with Oscar and appreciate his can-do spirit! He is a fully engaged and a detail-oriented manager who unifies teams for great results.
In addition to running IMG, Oscar has been an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) since 2008, serving on many product councils including the Young Leaders Group, ULI Next, Multifamily Housing, For-Sale Housing, Mentorship Program, Technical Assistance Panels (TAP), the District Council Board Advisory Board, and even moderated events. He is also on the Board of Directors for HomeAid Orange County / Los Angeles.
Brett Isaacman , J.D.
As Principal and Director of Construction Management, Brett brings over 20 years of construction management experience to IMG.
Brett is an attorney that has spent his career as a construction professional and is very well connected in the industry. With a deep understanding of complex building processes especially mixed-use multifamily housing (ground-up and rehab) and high-end custom residential products, Brett’s expertise is the building of strong teams to actively manage projects with a focus on schedule and budget that result in successfully executed and delivered projects.
This experience comes from 12 years as VP of Construction for Southern Sun Construction and 8 years as President of The Sun Group, both successful SoCal GC firms. Brett is a graduate of Cal Western School of Law and UCSD and is a member of the California Bar Association, as well as BIA and ULI.

We also find ourselves supporting private land owners who have a property that they know has development potential, but they don’t know how to actualize it. Some of our clients are out of their comfort zone on geography, product or are simply too busy to manage the day to day. We can help you scale up and achieve your development goals.
